Nicola D'Anella

Originally from New Jersey, I have had the opportunity to live all over the United States. I have always had a passion for giving back and being connected to my community. Upon moving to Kitsap in 2017 I was able to connect with local organizations supporting children and veterans, communities that are near and dear to my heart. I have served on the local Board of REALTORS® since 2020 working alongside my colleagues on the Diversity, Government Affairs, and YPN committees. In 2024 I was honored to be asked to serve as the Vice Chair of the Kitsap County Council for Human Rights Advisory Board.

I genuinely enjoy helping my clients through every stage of the real estate process, from buying their first home to selling their family home. Negotiating on my client’s behalf to ensure that all parties find themselves in a winning situation. I am genuinely dedicated to providing my clients with top-notch service and a stress-free transaction.

When I am not showing homes, negotiating contracts, or getting my sellers ready for a multiple-offer situation, you can find me on the sidelines cheering on my daughter’s soccer team! My family enjoys traveling, hiking with our German Shepherd & Husky, and spending time playing in the dirt (I don't dare say I can garden but I have been known to grow some amazing Lilies!)
